being highly-principled and having independent conviction

If they’ve been a founder before — they can appreciate what it means to truly have skin in the game

Same as what @ia said re: highly-principled and having independent conviction but also treats founders with empathy / as people and not just bags of money / lottery tickets for themselves

a) when they don’t dump on retail at the first chance they get 😂

b) when they express some self-awareness & humility 

c) when the vibes are less cultish, less manipulative, more human
