I can do the opposite.  Couldn’t do the barefoot shoes.  I wanted to get some zero drop, wide toe box shoes but wanted that extra cushion, so I switched to Altras.  

Altra Vanish Carbons are the best shoes I’ve ever worn.

I did barefoot for years. Ultimately the concrete I walk on everyday made it not sustainable. Wide toebox + zero drop is what I’m looking for next.
