My daughter in this pic is now 12. The dog is Oscar. Today’s his last day in 3D. He’s seen every moment of my parenting. The good, the bad, and the messy. He sat with me when my Dad passed last year. No one in our family ever had to be alone thanks to this guy. He’ll forever live in our hearts and onchain!

This, to me, is one of the biggest opportunities for wealth creation onchain. Now that ownership, value, rights, governance, and reputation all exist in a single place, we can empower the people who need access to capital, credit, vendors to build infrastructure, even in remote places. Centralization hates 1-offs.

My daughter had her cross country championship tonight (7th grade). She has great natural running form, but doesn’t push. I’d like to land somewhere between passive and Richard Williams (Venus & Serena’s Dad). Any advice? Maybe i just need to have her spend the off-season following @afrochicks daily workouts.

My wife and I were debating the use of supplements yesterday. We got on to NAD+ and 🤔: People with high X (cell health) have high Y (NAD+). If we measure Y to determine X, does supplementing Y raise X (cell health) or does it just increase Y (the thing we measure -> NAD+). Does anyone know? cc: @bryanjohnson

I had a dream last night that the helper robots took over the tasks and kept us in line. The power grid went down on a sunny day. The robots stood there, out of battery. The people didn’t know how to keep a Very Tidy Yard anymore, so the plants went wild, the seeds spread, the birds sang, and the people surfed. gm.
