I've mentioned why before, but it comes down to doing a lot of coding streams and if you're flying through key combos your viewers won't be able to keep up, making it look like you're just yeeting code into the ether rather than actually talking through the structure and design. I've gotten equivalently fast in vscode, so I just don't bother to switch.
