Paragraph

The 3-person Paragraph team spent the last 11 days in Japan as part of a team offsite.

It was also the first time (in two years!) that the entire team met eachother.

It was very valuable getting in-person time together, and it was long overdue!

How often do you go on team offsites, and for how long?

After going on our first offsite I realized I've underrated how valuable they can be.

We're mostly remote with several small clusters and it's definitely invaluable!

We've been doing them local to our clusters which is fun because we also get to see and learn about the places our teams live in.

We do some version of this every couple of months - but have conferences often as another rallying point.
