anyone have tricks for balancing deep work with being present on socials?

Curious, why do you want to be present on social? Work? Personal? If it has a meaning/purpose then likely make it a work unit and schedule like others recommended. Otherwise, maybe it's ok to just fills the gaps?

work, but even then filling in the gaps might just work.. although i need to be structured enough to have gaps to fill in, i think

gotchya, yeah I like the idea of agents to parse and make sense of social so you only have to engage where it's worth the time
