LLMs will thrive in the prediction market space. And the arbitrage distance between news and prediction markets will only get smaller as these agents are able to access and ingest real-time news feeds. One hallmark of LLMs is their ability to remain fully unbiased and neutral, which is perfect for interpreting and trading news (so long as the system prompt and training dataset is public... and even OSS alternatives like Llama 3.1 decided not to disclose training data this time round)

Is Claude able to pull up links to sources via Anthropic's frontend? Haven't used claude other than via APIs but figured that was the main usecase for Perplexity

3blue1brown's early vids on neural networks is what got me interested in AI. Truly talented in his ability to break down hard-to-grasp concepts using animations (i believe he creates them via his own proprietary open-source animation software too!) yep, am from the uk and my housemate at uni used to do exactly this granted, she also used to eat kiwi with the skin on (the fuzzy variety) and dip carrot sticks in mayonnaise. make what you will from that

the actual % figure given by this forecaster can be a bit hit or miss, but the sources it pulls up can actually be quite useful for pred. mkt research (alongside perplexity) did a couple forecasts on mention markets to gauge how frequent certain phrases were used in past speeches by kamala/trump https://x.com/DanHendrycks/status/1833152719756116154?s=19

I actually would if it was slightly more comfortable for longer durations (or if the headset was more lightweight). Have also tried an AVP and it's not much better than a Q3/QP for comfort in that regard. Could also be a personal thing as people have somehow spent days in VR but I've owned a headset since the original Rift and still haven't found comfort to be something thats improved over each generation
