Community notes can shorten the cycle to maybe 12-24 hours. Prediction markets played by LLMs, with ground truth provided by community notes, can shorten it to zero.

LLMs will thrive in the prediction market space. And the arbitrage distance between news and prediction markets will only get smaller as these agents are able to access and ingest real-time news feeds.

One hallmark of LLMs is their ability to remain fully unbiased and neutral, which is perfect for interpreting and trading news (so long as the system prompt and training dataset is public... and even OSS alternatives like Llama 3.1 decided not to disclose training data this time round)
