Fitness is arguably trial and error. Fitness influencers will have you thinking they know THE ONLY WAY to accomplish your goals. Every other reel telling you something completely different than the next. Do this set, do this rep, don't do this program, do that program, this is good, this is bad I'd be so confused if it wasn't for years of experience and hanging with people way smarter than me. I swear it's not that tough bro. There's multiple efficient ways to train. Just train hard fr. JUST TRAIN HARD.

I was reading a twitter conversation where few people were saying farcaster isn’t the place to be because of the spam label, I’ve not used an hour on this app but these are my observations: 1. Farcaster is a very cool name 2. I like the word “cast”, makes me want to talk about meaningful conversations rather than “tweet” 3. You can’t be label spam if you actually engage in meaningful conversations here. 4. This is the best place to learn alot about crypto and other topics. 5. No porn ads (Thank you dev)
