Unsolicited advice for conference newbies (especially introverts): The energy will be frenetic, and there will be more things than you can do Focus on a main goal, eg. networking, hanging out, watching talks, etc. Trying to do everything is futile and will burn you out Enjoy the buffet but relax when full :)
