we were thinking of trying something with fresh cherry tomatoes/ basil/ fresh cheese/ fresno chile on wednesday for lunch

yes, basil and cheese too... haven't tried any chili pepper, but sounds great btw, how do you cook it? we don't make it as often as we used to, mainly because it takes close to an hour (in the oven, high temp, hot air)

I want to try making it just in a pan with a oven high heat. So far I have been just getting a stainless steel pan really hot and adding a generous amount of olive oil then filling the pan with the farinata batter and throwing in oven for 20 minutes at 400f convection or roast if possible.
