huge last day baking 2 whole wheat batards 2 sourdough loaves with stencils and one incredible whole wheat pizza we also got to tour the bread lab which has grains from the 1800s! people come from around the world to study them

unfortunately no! though we did get some delicious starter from the local farms and got to try a bunch of the different flours
