Hi all! I have a question, what is your favorite cookbook and why? And what makes you buy a cookbook?

Tough to pick one, but the OG eleven Madison park cookbook was one that changed the way I looked at food. To see a fine dining restaurant create such simple food made it way more approachable than what my opinion on fine dining was for years. Intentions for buying a cookbook are always to see how the team behind a restaurant and or chef think about food and through those lens it creates a lot of inspiration. What’s your fav cookbook?

This is a tough question. Now when you asked it back to me as I have many. Cookbook that saved my life was Ottolenghi, as it healed me when I got sick at a point in my life. Cookbook that changed the way I looked at food for me is probably Bar Tartine: technique and recipes. It helps me to think outside the box creatively of introducing flavours.
