Yes, it’s a new way to interact with the internet. Getting answers which summarise search results vs clicking on multiple separate links is much more appealing. Having a conversation with the chat bots also feels natural

Our less online clients are interested in it, so I’d definitely say there’s some argument. Tech that really breaks out of the bubble always means something!
