What’s going on with life expectancy in the U.S.?

I did a little research about why this is happening and there are many factors but US is the highest when it comes to Infant mortality rate . Which is strange given the fact that the US is a first world country!! So why so many kids die in their first year !

sugar aka big food and poor water sources/infrastructure are two big variables

Unpopular opinion: it’s he combined “fat diseases” that come along with obesity, sedentary lifestyles, and a food culture that largely emphasizes volume over quality. Cardiac disease, hypertension, diabetes, etc.
