What’s going on with life expectancy in the U.S.?

I did a little research about why this is happening and there are many factors but US is the highest when it comes to Infant mortality rate . Which is strange given the fact that the US is a first world country!! So why so many kids die in their first year !

Given all the countries presented on this chart alone, I don't feel surprised at all. Americans probably have the unhealthiest lifestyle among them, and let alone the worst healthcare system
