Bryan Johnson is much more a symptom of how little progress has been made in healthcare over the past few decades. In my opinion, he is simply measuring, testing and observing the results of different health techniques on the human body.

Very well said; that's how I feel about most problems and areas that need improvement. People with focus, passion, and grit are rare.

Hard time accepting his concatenation of concotions and protocols. Not enough advertisement of incidental self-harm for my liking. Interventions with a complex system like the body is bound to result in unintended, negative externalities. Nevermind the dubious self-styling as a secular religious figure. Fun guy tho.

The problem is a lot of the stuff he does there is no proof it has any credible anti aging effects and some may be harmful. Thereβs also things like dying your hair which he also does.

Probably my favorite Bryan Johnson take I've read. I'm a big fan of him after watching his interview with The Diary of a CEO. He has such interesting viewpoints. His takes on AI I found to be enlightening. 50 $degen
