i really don't know how some founders find that work-life balance. i rarely sleep good, my room's a mess, i take out the trash until there's 4 120l bags piled up. rarely go on a walk with friends, nearly no weekends the only thing I do is my startup, gym and OSS how do you think of anything else beyond your startup?

if you look back at a successful career trajectory, you'll probably find that 10% of inputs produced 99% of the value. the trick to work-life balance is to constantly try and reduce the other 90% of the inputs so that your life has *some* time for friends and relationships. being a founder will never be as easy as having a full-time job, but it can be better than it is today.
