It’s impressive Microsoft is the biggest company in the world considering all the famously bad moves throughout its history. Seems to undermine the Innovator’s Dilemma thesis. 🤔

Famously good moves in the last 10 years: - Rebooting VS Code as open source and developer friendly. Whoever PMed that should be knighted - Properly reorging around cloud instead of windows - Acquiring GitHub - Acquiring npm (OK maybe not yet but there’s opportunity there) - The OpenAI partnership

Dunno, since Satya has come in he has completely turned around their whole brand. I see your point but I think they turned around from the lows created by the Innovator’s Dilemma over the last 5 years.
