I wasn't questioning they've also made good moves. Moreso suggesting they stand as proof that big, old, companies with lots of bureaucracy can resist disruption.

Famously good moves in the last 10 years:
- Rebooting VS Code as open source and developer friendly. Whoever PMed that should be knighted
- Properly reorging around cloud instead of windows
- Acquiring GitHub
- Acquiring npm (OK maybe not yet but there’s opportunity there)
- The OpenAI partnership

Dunno, since Satya has come in he has completely turned around their whole brand. 

I see your point but I think they turned around from the lows created by the Innovator’s Dilemma over the last 5 years.

Or that monopolies are really hard to kill. :)
