Pretty sure the pink plates and tape made me lift better 🀩 Happy with my Clean and Jerk session at @ontrackgym today πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈ considering I missed last week’s. Tall clean 3x5 (20-25kg) Clean 4x3 (50-55kg) 3 part pause split Jerk 5x2 (ended on 52kg) For anyone wondering, I am actually not made for this sport and have incredibly long limbs in comparison to my torso… but we make it work πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈ

I'm really good although I'm in Oregon so safe from the California fires but close enough to know people affected. I just completed 2 sets of 10 pull ups (trying for the full range of motion) along with my upper body exercises... I used to do 4 sets of 6 pull ups, but finding the 10 way harder. So feeling nicely accomplished for first thing Sunday.
