You know how it is sir! Started with it on back in October and try to get at least 1 run a week in with it. When I first put it on I was averaging ~10.5 mins/mile so totally agree with working into it and being respectful of one’s limitations.

This…. Such a great workout . And you feel so light and fast when you take it off.  But be careful in the beginning. Need to build up body strength to get used to carrying extra weight.
