Reverse hyperextension is the best thing you can do to heal and strengthen against possible deadlift injuries. Wishing for a swift recovery ๐ค

I didn't lift much but yeah I guess my form sucked that day. I was using deadlift as a means to strengthen my back but yeah going forward should be very careful or just ignore it.

If you want to strengthen your back maybe consider introducing Pilates into your exercise routine. All the rugby players do. ๐ ๐
