Not weird! I find pm workouts way more enjoyable. Working out first thing in the morning zaps my energy for the day.

The issue I have with going in the afternoon is the amount of people in the gym. You're fighting over machines, weights... Just a bit of a pain in the ass. But no, you're not weird for not wanting to bust your ass at 7am

I used to be like that. Started fasting 3 yrs ago (16/8). So I skip breakfast now. I usually wake up, drink black coffee and feel very ready to go workout with an empty stomach and feeling light. I feel a bit lethargic after lunch and now I prefer to do less active stuff in the afternoons
