Sure... This is the one I created and the one that was used for what you see in the photo. But, you are on your own safety-wise for the leave-out overnight part of this recipe!

Sourdough Waffle
(Personal yield)
(Makes 4 waffles — 1/2 cup of batter for each)

The Night Before...

Mix:
220g milk
10g Greek yogurt 
30g melted butter
50g mature sourdough starter
5g cane sugar
125g AP flour

—Leave out at room temp until morning—

The Morning of...

Add 1.5g sifted baking soda
Add 2.5g sifted salt
Separate 1 egg and add stirred yolk only
Then, whip white and add by folding

Use an entire 1/2 cup measurer to measure batter for the waffle maker.
