Yeah clarity is probably a better word instead of regulations

if there’s a serious regulation then by default it’ll create favourites and losers

someone will lobby their way in and everyone else will be in a disadvantage

to level things the field has to be open I think 

regulation may be a bad word to use tbh coming from prev govt

They will but hopefully it’s not overly advantageous and strikes a good balance 

It’s an optimistic viewpoint. Maybe we don’t need regulations as much as we just need clarity

why would they not lobby for that? That's how the game works, always.
