SEC is closing cases and catching L’s daily 

Hopefully we get clearer regulations around stablecoins, tokens and securities soon without key crypto companies lobbying for special treatment / regulatory capture

if there’s a serious regulation then by default it’ll create favourites and losers

someone will lobby their way in and everyone else will be in a disadvantage

to level things the field has to be open I think 

regulation may be a bad word to use tbh coming from prev govt

Yeah clarity is probably a better word instead of regulations

Basic broker clarity and tax stuff is needed. The critical thing is protecting sovereign rights for self custody vs broker.
