Everyone wants to be the "new YC" - but there is only one. Doing that is akin to replicating a web2 business on-chain. That's fine. But it feels like it stops short of the full potential. Someone needs to try something totally different.

You won’t get things right the first time, and that’s okay. It’ll take hundreds, if not thousands, of attempts before everything is perfect. But here’s why focus is crucial. If you’re trying to achieve many things at once, you’re millions of attempts away from great.

IMO branding has been vastly overrated in respect to QSRs. Nobody waits in line at In N Out for 30+ because of their corporate colors and mission statement. Nobody goes to Chipotle for connection. Very few people order Starbucks for reasons other than it’s quick, efficient and consistent. In the restaurant concept world Ops/Execution>Branding
