I've tried a lot of different trackers (not Apple Watch though), WHOOP is by far the best one mainly due to its UI and actionable insights. It's also the only one I've tried that has a good strength training feature built in.

Definitely a fan of it just being a tracker and not another screen and distractor.

So I assume you like the whoop? Is it better than other options or what Apple Watch offers? 

I actually don’t wear an Apple Watch because I don’t want another screen to distract me attached to my body, so a standalone fitness accessory is attractive for that reason.
