Not really shadowbanning. It’s just blocking but made easy. Shadowbanning is algorithmic de-emphasization or post hiding in the algorithm itself. This is opt-in, per user, feed curation.

Arguably Twitter is an echo chamber as a product and Bluesky is an echo chamber as a service. Both are echo chambers just the latter gives you more controls to build your own echo chamber.

Not really. It’s more like echo chamber as a user-selectable option. Twitter is echo chamber as a service.
