No caffeine after 2pm (don’t always stick to it 😬) Also meal prep at one point in my life but been off that for a while unfortunately!

I now keep decaf beans handy to be able to have coffee past 3pm with much less caffeine.

I do that on occasion as well. Sometimes I just need the caffeine though 😅
