What do see as the best solution to the current RFV arb? Or do you think it is not a problem. 

How about the proposals to stop auctions/minting and the incentives there? 

How about the lack of incentive to distribute treasury nouns?

i think burn mechanism quite elegantly encodes the meme value > book value orientation into the protocol in a way that is future proof!

I (and I assume other nouners) would rather vote to just send the ETH that would've been burnt to the Ethereum Foundation, Gitcoin Grants or other misc public good funds. Better them put the funds to good use than wasting ETH.
