You don't need to put the video onchain.
No one has figured the right solution yet so it's highly unlikely there's much to read about it especially since most are ignoring it.

There are ways to generate random sample fingerprints and sign them with a key so you can track provenance even if the content is modified.

Yeah verifying if it's modified is interesting but if it's something that's like important, people will probably just check the original source. Twitter is already the signing, people check if an offical account published something or not.
