I've been drinking this smoothie daily for months now. I don't put coffee in it since my 3yo always wanted some (she loves it). I added plain oat yogurt. I also left out ice in that list.

I only make one per day but I probably could have it multiple times.

I use it as an incentive for my daughter to eat her dinner. She gets a sip if she eats her food. 😅
