it can def help w that. I'd suggest to try diff therapists and therapies. Go for intro appts to 3 therapist before committing to one. Try diff methods. I prefer the ones that address core things so like IFS therapy, etc. Personal match is the most improtant tho. if u re in the US I might give more specifics.

Yep, there's https://www.psychologytoday.com/ which is the usual shopping place but then I want people to be really trained in specific modalities so usually you go to the site of that modality and search thru their directory. many therapists put so many things in their bio but lots of great modalities require their

their own training. it's different to put that they practice 'SE' but not having completed any Somatic Experience trainings (and they have like 3 lvls I believe). also theres some nice subreddits. anyways hope that helps, best of luck to you and I hope you find a great match. feel free to reach out!
