feeling super stuck with ReelFarm, i feel like the answer is right in front of my face but i'm so in my head i need to talk it out, hard making decisions without people to bounce ideas off of i think part of the issue is that i'm making ReelFarm for me, but not a specific customer or industry etc feels like everyone's doing AI shorts right now, hard to differentiate, my burn rate is about $1400 a month so every day i don't get new users, the more money i burn

Publish content around Reddit and on TikTok as if you were a reelfarm users. Add a watermark or end cap to the video for marketing purposes. You saw some pretty big jumps in users from organic posting so see if you can scale that.

hmmm, i took a quick look and it seems like a sales or pricing problem just from a youtube perspective, to understand your customer, here are a few questions: - why make shorts vs. long form? - how do the shorts algorithm work? - what YT milestones can be achieved with shorts?

I also sent it to 3 creators who haven’t got back to me with feedback yet. So maybe something to look into re: landing page design - which is already awesome! Could imagine a personalisation experiment or one click ui/ux -> first result maybe helping? Appreciate the vulnerability, hopefully helpful, ignore at will!

Honest feedback I opened this up twice fully with the intention of trying it out. Saw the quality (which is really good) but felt iffy whether it would fit // work on my page. Just enough friction to put it off. Still intend on trying (specially with the generous three free starters) but that’s where we at so far.
