feeling super stuck with ReelFarm, i feel like the answer is right in front of my face but i'm so in my head i need to talk it out, hard making decisions without people to bounce ideas off of i think part of the issue is that i'm making ReelFarm for me, but not a specific customer or industry etc feels like everyone's doing AI shorts right now, hard to differentiate, my burn rate is about $1400 a month so every day i don't get new users, the more money i burn

hmmm, i took a quick look and it seems like a sales or pricing problem just from a youtube perspective, to understand your customer, here are a few questions: - why make shorts vs. long form? - how do the shorts algorithm work? - what YT milestones can be achieved with shorts?

as for direction, a few things you can try: - aim to run x number of faceless channels on your own that would have reel farm ads at the end of it - partner with an agency (based on current pricing, youll need an agency with 32 channels posting daily) - or explore a diff. pricing model hope this helps
