business question about FarcasterStudio.com should i... 1. keep freemium (30% free, 70% paid) 2. keep freemium, but make less free (10% free, 90% paid) 3. make everything paywalled, but include a 7 day free trial 4. other context: i get a good # of visitors on Farcaster Studio every day (assuming 5-10% are paid users) and am looking to convert more to paying customers

I'd consider reducing the price and making it paid only? Intelligent is a bit more expensive and you could make it like 2x cheaper, not sure how you compare by features https://hypersub.withfabric.xyz/collection/intelligent

I would experiment with a hold-token gate tbh. I am doing it for /poll mag — its very wise true fundamentals. Plus the holders benefit from the product development — everything’s accounted transparently and fairly. Could be the gate combined w a monthly fix.

assuming the free features are not costing you a lot of money don't take away what's already free build new features and tease the fuck out of your frequent free users until they convert

3 days free trial. You don't need to be 7 days. Tool is great and folks who experience it will pay for it I like the pricing now but you can reduce the subscription reward or remove it (just found out about the reward yesterday)
