I would create an ICP (ideal customer profile) based on your existing customer base. They're buying for a reason, reel.farm does a job that they need doing; it's not just features. If you speak with your existing customers and do some customer discovery, there's an unlock in there as to why they're buying. Once you understand this, you'll be able to market real.farm with confidence. I wouldn't spend a dollar until you know why they buy and how you can reach them on X.

Talking to people who buy from you helps you understand their dream outcomes. It's why they bought. Example. Your tool makes them $, it saves them time. I watched your demo video and you never once said why people should buy from you or why they buy from you. It's all about features. People buy outcomes, like "my video went viral and I made a shit ton of money". Once you know that, it's rocket fuel for marketing. Things go faster when you know why people buy and you can share that over and over. On the converse your churn is really bad. Talking to users who churned will help you know why they're leaving so you reduce your churn. Which could possibly be one of your biggest wins in the next 30 days.
