Proposal 536 (nouns fungible token) didn't pass, but we're releasing the code for anyone to use or modify. We also deployed the factory contract to sepolia & mainnet (addresses in the README). The code is pretty simple, but hasn't been audited.

The fungible token — $nouns —  is a thing I believe should exist and can do much good for the growth of our world. I picked up where others left off and submitted a PR to OP. 

We can now bridge $nouns to Base and have fun with it :)

So the token is on base but you deposit you noun on mainnet?

Crypto, nouns, malleable software, interfaces, running. // working on @agora // https://0xmcg.com // /the-pond

Or maybe the noun nft to nouns token happens on mainnet but you can bridge that to base to make it easier and cheaper to send $nouns to people

$nouns token contract is on mainnet (since the nouns nfts themselves are on mainnet) but you can now easily bridge to base and other superchain l2s since @krel’s PR was merged in that makes it easy.
