nouns-native active badge interpretation for identifying nouns true fans

I’m interested in decentralizing badges / roles so there is one true interpretation that any client / project can tap into to get the roles/badges of a nouner / participant in nouns. 

Something like a noun passport that reads on chain metadata and renders fully on chain nft passport

We index nouners, delegates, OE minters, droposal minters, gardeners, nouncil members and all prop creators. To date that is about 3k addresses. They all have a profile on NounsKarma.xyz too.
