What's the best way to lower LDL cholesterol?

dude get prescribed a statin. I'm genetically disposed to high cholesterol, have a good diet and exercise a ton. Couldn't get it to drop any significant amount. Here is the before and after on my blood tests on rosuvastatin.

nausea and headaches, I've had zero. I'm only on 5mg/day and it fixed my issues at such a super low dose
