Proper diet; high in fibres, drastically lessen red meat, no fried food, no fatty food, no soft drinks, no sugary drinks. Exercise regularly, even a daily 15-20 minutes will do Sleep enough. I was in your position, 1 month lowered my cholestrol and LDL to normal level.
