Does Optimism have any plans to change the balance of voting 🗳️ power within the governance system to become more decentralized?

Currently the top 25 delegates hold 70% of the voting power. This is a sign of centralization that most do not agree with.

Placed 100+ in crypto jobs. Found the gaps, fixing them. 3x grant-backed founder building @interestedfyi to reshape onchain hiring. Ex @ConsenSysMesh.

We see this has grown 4% in the past few weeks and is now at 74%…

Are we on the path to decentralization or centralization here for the voting of governance? ￼
