I much prefer longer casts and threads. So many times I go to post something and I’m met with the character limit. So then I have to spend time editing my cast, which then makes me question it and usually decide not to post. It adds friction to sharing, and editing saps the magic of it.

Super generous. I benefited from reading this, too. I still have a bunch of old posts in an active Substack with a domain name that points to my ghost.org site. I’m told I ought repost the old content on my new site and then delete that which is on Substack. It all seems a bit too messy. I’ll watch & learn here…
