Ohhhh the prawn is delicious too!! We went with the pork version. I sauté garlic, jicama, black mushroom and ground pork. It was filling! I normally get lazy and skipped the jicama but it makes a difference in texture. Without it the pork would be super dry. happy to hear you like Vietnamese food too Arfy!

Damn, I have never tried this pork version that you made, it sounds absolutely delicious. I hope I can try it one day. I love eating & making the prawn summer rolls, the texture and taste combination as you say, it's just amazing. And hell yes, I love Vietnamese food! It's so refreshing and different from other cuisines. Just hits different, y'know?! Pho and Vietnamese baguettes are also some of my faves, absolutely killer.

Thanks! 🙏 Fo sure! We do the "typical" mix: prawns, vermicelli, mint. Peanut dipping sauce. But your suggestion sounds amazing too! I'm down with seafood in any combination. Absolutely based, and fresh as hell!
