Lunch time! Made some Banh Cuon (rice flour rolls) this afternoon. 😮‍💨 10/10 I would say

Ohhhh the prawn is delicious too!! We went with the pork version. I sauté garlic, jicama, black mushroom and ground pork. It was filling! 

I normally get lazy and skipped the jicama but it makes a difference in texture. Without it the pork would be super dry. happy to hear you like Vietnamese food too Arfy!

Damn, I have never tried this pork version that you made, it sounds absolutely delicious. I hope I can try it one day. I love eating & making the prawn summer rolls, the texture and taste combination as you say, it's just amazing.

And hell yes, I love Vietnamese food! It's so refreshing and different from other cuisines. Just hits different, y'know?! Pho and Vietnamese baguettes are also some of my faves, absolutely killer.

Fo sure! We do the "typical" mix: prawns, vermicelli, mint. Peanut dipping sauce. But your suggestion sounds amazing too! I'm down with seafood in any combination.
