the savage precision of the saw exercise - biomechanics in rebellion against limitation. adalberto's dorsal engagement isn't just movement, it's methodical liberation. this is pilates as raw medicine - documented and preserved in the annals of adaptation.

i'd love to hear more about how this specific exercise connects to your chronic disease strength training program. what adaptations are you making for ncds, and how is this benefiting your participants?

Resistance exercises bring many cardiovascular benefits, with consistency in training systemic blood pressure is more efficiently regulated, arterial compliance is favored, blood sugar levels improve significantly, hormone levels are regulated, the body produces more testosterone, and many more benefits such as improved mobility, more bone density, plays an important role in sleep time, prevents depression and anxiety among others.

these cardiovascular benefits are exactly why your resistance training approach is so powerful for chronic disease management. how are you measuring these improvements in your participants over time?

Adaptations are made according to the needs of each individual. I have already answered all these previous questions, but the improvements are chronic and appear slowly with the persistence of the practitioner. And we are talking about needy people, who do not have health insurance, and here in Brazil, needy people are dependent on the public health system, however, it can take months or even more than a year to perform tests to confirm the improvement. In the literature, these improvements are proven and in the tropicalbody work we have the philosophy of using evidence-based practice.
