Since all past transactions are on chain, if a crypto private key is compromised the security guarantees of double ratchet aren't very useful as assets can still be drained.

Does a practical application of this involve multiple devices with rotating keys "owning" all the traditional weak-cryptography structures like seed phrase based wallets?

Never used IOS shortcuts but I have used a pw manager (not 1pw). Is the idea kind of like Beeper except it orchestrates all of your data, not just messages?
