Doing the work! ❤️🔥 I'm super proud of myself 🫡 Last April running 10K I had a lot of pain in my right knee and had to stop running. I have been running for the last 13 years and I used to do trail running races which is pretty hard on the knees. So, I spent the whole rest of the year focusing on getting stronger, doing strength training until last December, when I decided to give it a try to run again, meaning 8 months of rehab. Since then 6 months have passed since I started running again, and now I'm faster and feeling stronger ⚡️✨ I'm proud of being compassionate with myself, patient, humble about my limitations, and proud of my knowledge and how I coached myself! That’s awesome, Dante! Love reading stuff like this. A lot of people overlook the importance of strength training. Keep crushing it 💪
