i was pretty skeptical of lulo - but i threw some usdc into it and it turns out, it's pretty amazing. there's a surprising variability in yield and it does a nice job of moving things around, my avg for the past 7 days is 20%, which seems crazy to me. does this exist on other chains?

i’m not imagining an increase in branding of weather, right? when i was growing up there were definitely no polar vortexes or cyclone bombs and now it’s not just winter weather getting the marketing, it’s fall! i’m here for witch storms tho. i assume it is when the fabric of reality is at its thinnest.

yeah - it definitely needs more awareness. my steps when office bound are 8-9.5k, wfh in bk 7-7.5k, wfh upstate 5-6k. upstate that's with very conscious activity to keep that up. wfh in bk, vaguely aware of steps. office - not a thought in the world for steps. tbf, i ride a lot more when upstate than in nyc.

the difference in amount of steps between having an office job, wfh in the city and wfh upstate. just living in bk takes a bunch of steps but ironically (at least in my mind) living upstate, close to nature - i had to really think about getting steps in because it’s car for everything outside of recreation up there

so. i have never once in my life thought about soul cycling. not once. but for some reason today, riding past my local soul cycle I was like... huh. maybe i should think about it for the winter or something and now, later this morning, strava sends me a soul cycle discount? what is this sorcery??

i'm pretty much a usdc guy but have always appreciated Maker. I'm curious at the philosophical and practical differences between USDS and USDC? my extremely basic understanding doesn't see much daylight between these two, more transparency from Sky but not much more. Would love more educated takes, especially from folks big in DAI.

on a trip to ireland, a lot of outdoorsy exploring - rocks, forts, etc, in variable weather (everything from sunny, to rainy, to gale force winds - sometimes all in the same walk). my kids one morning while figuring out what to wear asked me "are we going adventuring today?" 😍 I feel like i've peaked as a parent.
